Here are the exercises you should focus on to ease your digestive issues and get your gut to a healthy place.
Climb a Tree
Lie down on your back and lift your right leg straight up to the ceiling. Inhale and climb your upper body up the back of your thigh until you are sitting upright. Then roll back down slowly. Do this three times on each leg.
Lie face down on the mat and put your arms overhead. Inhale and lift your whole body off the mat, keeping your hands in the air. Exhale and lower back down. Repeat this at least five times.
Get down on all fours with your knees directly under your hips. Inhale and reach your heart forward while looking up. Exhale and round your back to scoop your belly up -- like a cat.
Get down on all fours with your knees directly under your hips. Push your right hand into the mat and lift your left arm up towards the ceiling, twisting your torso. Thread your left arm under your right side, hold for a moment, then reach your hand back up to the ceiling. Repeat 9 times and switch to the other side.
